How does Distant Healing work?
Energies have no restriction of time and space and can be tapped into consciously. This allows us to therefore to reach deeply into all areas which require rebalancing and healing no matter where you are physically. In a multidimensional Intuitive Energy Healing the recipient is lovingly supported to let go of physical, emotional and karmic imbalances as well as ancestral issues throughout all time and space.
In this same way the Intuitive Energy Healing can be given from a distance. In order to connect to the recipient’s energy, a recent photo and their full name is required in order to make a strong connection. It is advisable to agree a time and date where both parties can be in a relaxed, comfortable environment where they won’t be disturbed for at least 30-45 minutes.
What do I need to do BEFORE a distant Intuitive Energy Healing treatment?

Light some candles or incense.

Put on some relaxing instrumental music – you can find instrumental soothing playlists on most media platforms like Spotify – If you wish to be sent some music for your session please ask me 24 hours before your session.

Get yourself comfortable – lying down with a blanket if possible.

Have your phone with you as I will video call you to begin the session. I will explain everything in detail and you c an ask any questions you may have before we begin.

Have a glass of water nearby for after the session.

Just before the treatment starts put out your intention for the highest possible healing from the session and be open to receiving the healing energy.

Once the treatment starts, just relax, focus on the music and deep breathing, allow yourself to enjoy and be open to the energy that will come through.
What might I experience during the Distant Intuitive Energy Healing session?
As High Vibrational Energies comes in, you may feel surges of heat energy in different areas of your body or alternatively you may feel cold drafts of energy, depending on which Energies come through.
Please do not worry or be alarmed - Intuitive Energy Healing is only ever bringing in energies that are on the level of 100% pure light and love vibrations. No negative or low vibrational energies are permitted in ever. It is a safe and secure environment so you can be at ease and enjoy the different sensations of energies that can arise.
A treatment is very relaxing and a beautiful, unique experience each time you receive one and it is so peaceful and serene that a lot of recipients drift off to sleep as the experience is very relaxing.
Some recipients may visualize or be shown colours or images which is also normal – and you can discuss this with me if you wish to after the session, but you are not obliged to do so. Everything is strictly confidential
A Distant Intuitive Energy Healing treatment usually lasts around 30 – 45 minutes.
What happens after the treatment?
I will gently let you know the treatment is finished and will share with you anything that may have been shown to me during the treatment – please note – sometimes nothing is shown or passed over as every treatment is different and unique, but you can be assured the healing has taken place through these High Vibrational Energies.
You may feel light headed, dizzy, congested especially in the head region if there has been a lot of cleansing or releasing of heavy energy, so it is very important to drink plenty of water and to rest as much as possible after a treatment.
Emotions, coughs and flu like symptoms may also surface over the following days as your body is releasing and detoxifying, however, if you are worried about any health concerns please do not hesitate to contact a physician.
The energy healing will continue for up to a week, sometimes even a few weeks so you will continue to receive the energy healing and guidance.
